GotEngines.com was recently awarded the “Top Engine Seller Nationwide”. It’s been no surprise why the competition keeps asking how they do it.
“It comes down to good customer service and good parts.” says owner Brian Hanson.
“Sure we can sell lower costs parts with rusted out with a bunch of miles on them, but are we really doing our customers or ourselves any favors selling an engine that’s going to fail again in the next year or two, or maybe even fail on the install?”
“We tell our customers we might not be the cheapest, and it’s because we don’t sell junk…but we will have the best price nearly every time when it comes to selling the same quality and mileaege engine as our competitors. The problem is, there are other suppliers out there who aren’t worried about sending high mileage engines or something that’s been sitting on the self for 10 years, and this hurts our sales, but we just won’t do it. We tell the customer to buy from the other supplier if that is what kind of engine they want. We won’t sell junk and we don’t want the customer service. We’ll let the competitors who want to take those kind of risks deal with all the headaches.
GotEngines.com is getting it’s name branded very fast by word of mouth. They are taking the nation by storm, passing by other competitors that have been in business for over 20 years. Out of thousands of engines and transmissions sold this year, they’ve only had only one resolved complaint with the BBB. That is outstanding compared to the research done on some of the other auto parts companies online.Â
“We here at GotEngines.com are looking forward to 2009. December is suppost to be our slow month, but we can barely handle the phone calls coming in already. I’m looking to ramp up my staff and heavily market the business this year. I have been in the internet marketing business for over 7 years and I’m now opening my own internet marketing business helping small business owners get more exposure. Our expansion into the internet marketing business is going to catapault our auto parts websites this year with an expected increase of 50% in new business.
We’ve also been known for having remanufactured engines for prices lower then used engines. This year we’ve brought on another partner to give us killer prices on  remanufactured transmissions too.
