Call them what you want, rebuilt, remanufactured or reconditioned engines: a cost effective choice..

My favorite choice as an engine replacement strategy for my 1988 GMC 1 ton 4×4 pickup with a 5.7 liter engine would be a rebuilt, reconditioned or remanufactured Chevrolet engine.
